We’re a dedicated and growing letting agency that launched just last year, and we’re pleased to say we’ve got off to a fantastic start. Built on a genuine passion for property and a commitment to honest, reliable service, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far – and even more excited about what’s ahead.
At the heart of All Things Lettings is our Managing Director, Jessica Stephenson. Jessica brings with her valuable experience in the property industry and a real passion for helping people find the right rental solutions. As a busy mum of three, she’s no stranger to juggling responsibilities – and this energy and determination are reflected in the way she runs the business. Her personal approach, attention to detail, and dedication to both landlords and tenants are what set All Things Lettings apart.
We’re based in Taunton, but our services cover Bridgwater, Wellington, and the surrounding areas as well as a few properties a little further afield in locations like Chard and Yeovil. For our Tenant Find Only service, we’re happy to consider a wider radius, but for Fully Managed properties, we keep things within a sensible distance. That way, we can always be on hand quickly when needed.

Fully Managed Service

Collection of rent
Coordinating and arranging maintenance and repairs

This package ensures everything is taken care of professionally, efficiently, and with great communication throughout.
Tenant Find Only Service
Perfect for landlords who are happy to manage the property themselves but want help securing a suitable tenant. This service includes:
Advertising the property across key platforms
Arranging and conducting viewings
Carrying out thorough tenant referencing and checks
We handle the crucial first steps to help you get your tenancy off to a smooth and secure start.
