Often, what starts as a bad experience can be completely turned around with a quick message or call. You may be surprised at how eager many business owners are to listen, learn, and resolve the situation.


Beware of Trolls and False Narratives


Unfortunately, the online world isn’t always kind or fair. Some negative reviews are written with malicious intent—by disgruntled applicants, competitors, or individuals using reviews as leverage to demand the unreasonable. These reviews can mislead potential customers and hurt a business unjustly.
